Creates a Blizzard at a designated location. Enemies within the Blizzard take continuous damage. When the Blizzard ends, it explodes and deals Explosion damage to nearby enemies. Inflicts Ice Shackle on hit enemies. Each Ice Explosion within range of a Blizzard, increases the range of Blizzard.

When a skill inflicts Ice Shackle on an enemy, creates an Ice Sphere that flies around nearby. The Ice Sphere flies at nearby enemies, to deal damage to the hit enemy and Explosion damage to nearby enemies. Inflicts Ice Shackle on hit enemies. Ice Shackle decreases Speed, and increases in stage when the effect stacks. When Ice Shackle reaches Stage 4, inflicts Frostbite on the target enemy and causes an Ice Explosion that deals AoE damage.
